Insight: Australia is full of beauty, with sweeping coastlines, extensive rainforests, and natural landmarks waiting for your to explore. And to get the most out of these sites, you’ll have to hit the road early, embrace the conditions, and put in some effort. But young Australians seem to take this beauty for grant, opting for the European summer. Many of them don’t realise that it they leave Australia until it’s too late, they might miss out on the full experience.

Idea: Australia is better done young.

How better to prove this than hearing from the people who have left it too late. Straight from the horse’s mouth. We collected a series of reviews from elderly tourists to show how unfulfilling their experiences were at some of the best destinations around of Australia. All to inspire the young.

After a deep dive into the 1- and 2- star reviews of the Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb, Uluru National Park, Daintree Rainforest, and The Bondi to Coogee walk, we picked out our favourite reviews that encapsulate elderly people’s experiences. That turned into our real content.
